I live in a beautifully upgraded 2,400 sq ft, 5-bedroom home built in 2022 with a clean, modern aesthetic. I’m offering a unique two-room setup that gives you extra space, privacy, and flexibility — ideal if you want more than a typical room rental.

About the Space:

I’m renting out a spacious upstairs bedroom with mountain views, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The room functions as a second master and is located across the loft from my bedroom — giving you excellent privacy.

As a bonus, an adjacent room is included at no extra cost. Whether you want to use it as a home office, creative space, or extra storage, it’s yours — you’ll essentially have your own private wing of the house.

About Me:

I live a low-key lifestyle. When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors — running, working out, or at the stables with my horse, Emma. I’m tidy, considerate, and value a peaceful, respectful home environment.

Ideally, I’m looking to rent the two rooms to one individual, preferably a working professional with a similar lifestyle. That said, I’m open to discussing other situations if the fit feels right.

A Few Quick Notes:

• You’ll be the only other person living in the home—no other rooms will be rented out.

• Cleanliness and mutual respect are important to me. If you prefer a more relaxed housekeeping style, we may not be the best match (no hard feelings!).

• I have a small pup named Billie—she’s very well-mannered and sweet as pie! But if you’re not an animal person, it’s good to know upfront.
