This is a twin bed with privacy curtains in a large shared room w other roommates*

Rent is $100/week, total move-in fee is $380 ($280 refundable deposit and 1st weeks rent of $100). Rent includes all utilities & wifi internet. This is a SHARED bathroom. No heavy snorers. Not a party household.

Living room has 2 comfortable sofa and 50“ TV. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and pool area anytime. Rooftop viewing area with incredible views of Red Rocks, Sunrise Mtn & 7-Hill Mtns(Henderson), the roof has a table with chairs for comfort.

The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkway is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and 203 Desert Inn, 109 Maryland Pkwy and 110 Eastern Ave.

Also there is a 60lb dog here, so hopefully not allergic, no other pets allowed at this time.. sorry
