Available now: a private, unfurnished bedroom with a good-size closet in a clean home inside the Tuscany community in Henderson, near Cadence and Lake Las Vegas.

Rent is $800 per month plus a share of household utilities. Utilities have recently averaged around $100 per month but vary seasonally. The security deposit is $800, and the agreement is month-to-month. The room is for one occupant, and the home is non-smoking.

You’ll have access to the shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, patio and parking. The home is comfortable, well-kept and set up for someone who wants a calm place to live rather than a party house.

You would share the home with two friendly, creative and independent housemates. We enjoy talking and being social sometimes, while also respecting privacy, schedules and boundaries. A small dog and a tortoise live here, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.

We’re looking for someone reliable, communicative, considerate of shared spaces and able to pay household expenses on time. For applicants moving forward, screening includes an application, photo ID, proof of income, rental history, references and TransUnion SmartMove. Verifiable gross monthly income of at least $2,400 is required, or an approved non-occupying guarantor may be considered.
