Furnished room for rent in a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath townhome. The residence is located in Henderson near Boulder Hwy and Sunset Rd. The rent is $720 per month with utilities included. Available on a monthly or weekly ($170) basis. The room is for females.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser, and nightstand. It has a balcony with a view. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and covered parking with two designated spaces. The townhome is in good condition with hardwood, granite, and tile. Cox internet with the latest Panoramic Wi-Fi modem. Roku devices. It is within walking distance to the frequent BHX bus line and Sunset (212) bus line, as well as the (217) Warm Springs line.

There is a $350 deposit, and it would require a rental agreement. It is available on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. $520 move-in for one week. $24 per day pro-rate. I would like to see how things go before signing a long-term agreement. If you are in between places or need a temporary place for transition that would be fine and I could accommodate you, as I am open to short-term rentals.

I am a male, 50 years old, employed outside the home working nights. I am clean and tidy and try to live a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise). I don’t drink, but am 420 friendly, although this is not a party house.

I am looking for mature professional females with a steady employment history who are employed out of the house, part-time residents, students, and health-oriented people. I was also looking to keep the common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms clean and tidy. And respectful of each other's schedules and quiet hours.
