Casita for rent, attached to home. Includes utilities and internet. The Casita has a private entrance from the main courtyard. The casita consists of its own living room, kitchenette, bedroom, closet, and bathroom. Unit is unfurnished.

Located between Galleria and Warm Springs off of Waters Street in Cadence.

Please note this unit does not have a full kitchen. It has a kitchenette that consists of a mini fridge, sink, counter, cabinets, and there are plugs for a microwave, hot plate, etc...

There are no laundry facilities.

Parking is on street parking.

New community. The home has a full security system, and we have security patrol. The community has beautiful parks, outdoor fitness equipment, and lots of trails.

NO tobacco. We are NOT 420 friendly. NO indoor smoking or smoking near/around property.

You must pass a background check and income verification (employment or financial aid are fine).

Rent is $850 per month. A deposit of $500 is required and is refundable. First month’s rent and the full deposit must be paid prior to move in.

Month to month to start, we will consider a longer agreement if the situation is working out for all after a few months.

This unit is available now.

We have 5 people living in the main house. All are in school and/or work. The hours we are up and moving around the property during the school week are from 4:30am to 10pm.

Occasionally we have people over on the weekends, but we are very respectful about noise.

Cleanliness is an absolute must!

There is a service animal on the property in the main house; she is generally very quiet. The Casita does not have access to the yard.
