LOCATION: Walk to Strat or Art District close to shopping and bus line 10 minutes from Airport. This is a shared house with GREAT VIBES, GOOD SPIRIT, PEACEABLE, and is extremely quiet!

Looking for an individual that CAN RESPECT OTHERS AND BOUNDARIES and can follow a few basic home guidelines for ease of co-habitation and varying work schedules. Person must portray good manners and appropriate language and will keep the room, kitchen and bathroom areas clean. MUST WORK OUTSIDE OF THE HOME or have SSI retirement, VA, or Disability.

SMOKING: Smoking OK …..OUTSIDE ONLY! NEVER IN HOME. THERE IS A COVERED FURNISHED PORCH. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS, and "social" drinking OK (no ALCOHOLICS). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!

ROOM FEATURES: Pictures were taken this morning so they are current. All furnishings, flat screen t. v., bed (mattress), linens are brand new. There also is a NEW mid-size refrigerator with freezer in the room. There is a toaster oven as well. What you see in the picture is what will be furnished in the room.

BATHROOM: NOT PRIVATE (shared with 2 male tenants that work long hours out of state abd are; rarely ever home).

COMMON AREA: NO LIVING ROOM...SHARED SPACE IS ONLY THE kitchen, which contains the washer and dryer area.

POOL: There is a large, swimming, pool on site and after it has been replastered, it will be available for tenant use in May 2025.

PARKING: Street

PETS: No because home is at maximum allowance.

LAUNDRY: YES; IN KITCHEN AREA

ROOM: SMALL DORM STYLE and hence is for single occupancy only (no subletting or moving in a boyfriend or girlfriend).
