The room is brand new with a modern style flair! It is completely furnished with Toshiba full-size floor model AC unit , FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR IN ROOM and has a view of the swimming pool.

LOCATION: Walk to Strat or Art District close to shopping and bus line 10 minutes from Airport. And the City Impact Food bank is right up the street.

Home Culture: This is a shared house that is FAITH BASED, GREAT VIBES, GOOD SPIRIT, GOOD FRUIT, PEACEABLE, and is extremely CLEAN and QUIET!

CANDIDATE: Looking for a mature individual that CAN RESPECT OTHERS AND BOUNDARIES and can follow a few basic home guidelines for ease of co-habitation and varying work schedules. Person must portray a genuine love and spirit for others, good manners and appropriate language and will keep the room, kitchen and bathroom areas clean.

EMPLOYMENT MUST WORK OUTSIDE OF THE HOME OR Disability or Retirement is acceptable: SSI retirement, VA, or Disability etc. (must show proof of income).

Laundry basket, garbage can, broom and dustpan are in room.
You “cannot” bring your own furnishings.

BATHROOM: NOT PRIVATE (shared with 1 male tenant that is retired Air Force and is extremely clean!

COMMON AREA: under construction. There will be a COMMON SHARED AREA (living room, and dining area) hopefully in July or August!

Current Common Area: THE KITCHEN is Available for everyone stove, dishes, pots/pans etc. And each tenant has their own private full-size refrigerator in their own room!!!! (extremely clean and it must be exactly the same way when you’re done using.

WASHER AND DRYER: each tenant has their own laundry day. You are not allowed to do laundry for other individuals that live outside the home or your laundry privileges will be revoked.

POOL: There is a large well-maintained swimming pool on site.
A private company cleans the swimming pool weekly.

PARKING: Street

PETS: not allowed, but there is one cat named Chloe on site.

LAUNDRY: YES; IN KITCHEN AREA

SINGLE OCCUPANCY: NO Couples or overnight guests.

LEASE: month-to-month lease

UTILITIES: included in the rent

Property features: the entire home on the inside has been remodeled. The home contains security, fencing and cameras. Access to pool area is gated and there is security fencing around the swimming pool.

MOVE-IN-REQUIREMENTS:

**INCOME VERIFICATION: Must have “TANGIBLE”/VERIFIABLE PROOF OF INCOME and ID.

PAYMENT METHOD UPON ACCEPTANCE:
2-MONEY ORDERS (must be separate-2 total))
1st money order is for the rent of $875.00 (all utilities included)
2nd money order is for the Deposit of $625.00 (if on disability can perhaps for the right candidate split the deposit over 2 months).
