2 bed/ 2 bath apartment Sept 1st Green Valley

Would you like to save hundreds move- in costs ?

We have a short term lease for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment at Pacific Islands ( Green Valley) until December . The apartment will be unfurnished Sept 1st and ready to welcome new tenants. If you join our lease, you’ll save hundreds of move in costs and security deposit is already covered too ! If you meet the criteria to join our lease, you’ll just have to come up with rent $800 per room and utilities afterwards ( water, NV energy, and rental insurance)

As an incentive, we’ll cover the application fee $75 if approved and pet deposit/rent if needed ! The apartment complex requires the following.

Income: Monthly income should be at least three times the rent.
Rental History: Clear rental history with no more than two late payments or NSFs in a 12-month lease period.
Credit: A Resident Score of 625+ and at least one positive pay account.
Background: A clean criminal background check.

Pay attention they’ll check your resident score from Transunion so if you are still building your credit , you can still qualify .

Apartment is on first floor, and parking spot is covered right outside your door. Great community, peaceful and excellent apartment management !
