Nice size room

I’m a slightly handicapped senior, and I’m looking for someone who stays to themselves, but should be sociable. I’m offering a decent size bedroom with bathroom. I prefer someone who’s quiet, and cleans up after themselves. Must be dog friendly, I have a small very friendly dog. If he likes you, that’s a bonus. I’d take something off the rent in exchange for evenings walks for my dog. Should be gainfully employed, and has a good personality. I do have house rules, this is condo, close to shopping and freeway. I keep to myself and expect the same from you. Plenty of parking right outside my place. If you can pass a regular background check, you’ll be fine. Male or female, it doesn’t matter to me. I like it quiet, it’s in a very good spot for a gated community.
