1 Room for rent in an apartment complex next to a golf course.

Parking is uncovered and unassigned.

$1000 deposit is half the security deposit. Can be negotiable.
Rent is $840/month which includes most utilities, wifi, energy. Energy will be split and based off the summer months it would be about an additional $80/month. So based on energy usage and time of year total rent per month can be lower. $760/month is rent(water, sewage, trash, gas) and wifi, those should stay constant.

I would like to put you on the lease for the duration of the term. Lease ends August 31st 2026.
You would need to provide the required documentation for the leasing office such as but not limited to: proof of employment and background check. I am currently working on figuring out the exact documentation they will need.

Pets are welcomed but you must get them approved by the leasing office. I know there is a pet security deposit of $250 and and non-refundable $200 pet fee (per leasing office) with an additional $25 per month in rent.
I do own a medium/large dog named swift. She is a border collie mix.

I am covering most of the rent since I have the rest of the unit mostly furnished already.

We will need to discuss the additional cost or system of groceries in the household. I’m open to pretty much any arrangement.
