Looking for a Roomate Asap

2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, including washer/dryer in house , dishwasher, microwave, you have your own room and bathroom , as do I. I have 1 dog he is a chihuahua he is extremely, I would even say overly, friendly and does not take up a lot of space nor bark a lot, only when someone is directly at the door. Apartment is furnished except for the bedroom you’ll be living in. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, most of which are older, so not too much noise is recommended. Rent is $910 with everything included (WiFi, electricity, etc). I am looking for serious inquiries ONLY. I work 2 jobs and am gone most of the day. I am looking for someone that’s clean, quiet, pays rent on time, and is looking for a temporary place to stay. I am looking for someone to finish out the year with me on my lease, it ends July of 2026. If you are looking to stay for less time, we can talk about it and come to an agreement. I am not doing short term rentals that’s less than 3 months !
