Must be employed, proof of income.
No pets allowed as we do suffer from dander allergies, no exceptions.
No kids.
No cigarette smoke, only 420 allowed.

- 1 private bedroom (furnished with basic bed frame & mattress, feel free to bring your own mattress/mattress topper/bedframe, etc)
- 1 shared bathroom
- Spacious kitchen and living room area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi(~$20 on avg) & Energy ($20-$75+ varies on the season) NOT included in rent
- Safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, cafes, parks, and airport nearby.

- Parking available right outside the garages (you will need to visit the community management location to get a parking pass to avoid towing)
