This is a 290 sq. ft. room with an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, in a 4 bedroom 3 bath 2031 sq. ft., 2 story home with a pool/spa and a nice sized backyard.

The ensuite bathroom includes a soaker tub & shower, 2 sinks in a large cabinet, a medicine cabinet and 2 closets.

From your windows, you can enjoy views of distant mountains, our magnificent neighborhood, our private pool, our spacious backyard, and the sunrise/sunset through a tall stand of Fir trees. Blinds make the room pretty dark. Open blinds let in a lot of light.

It features an adjustable, massaging, vibrating Queen-sized bed with a memory foam pillow-top mattress surrounded by a matching bed set. (See photos).

The photos show Room#1 first, then the common areas. The last photo is the downstairs guest/common area bathroom. Rooms #2 & #3 share the upstairs common bath, but Room#1 (your room) has an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub/shower combo and 2 closets.

Utilities included are gas, water, electricity, and 5G Metro T-Mobile Wi-Fi. I will provide a smart TV if you need one, (or you may bring your own) and an Amazon Fire Stick with a remote so you may enjoy (Amazon) Prime TV & Paramount+, Disney & Hulu with National Geographic, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars. We can discuss other services to add (i. e. Netflix, Apple TV, etc.). I am open to upgrades (including internet speed) for which there may be an added albeit minimal fee(s).

The house is actively monitored and protected by Vivint Security, but it's also in a super great neighborhood so you won't be experiencing any middle-of-the-night alarms.

The 2 people in the home are one tenant/roommate, and me. We are both 70ish and not in a romantic relationship.
