Zarriyah I live in Henderson close to anthem in the apartments called the summit. I am 20 years old and looking for a roommate. I currently live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a new roommate but need someone to take my spot on the lease since I will be moving. Between the two of us we’d pay maximum 948.37 a month including rent, utilities, electricity, wifi, and renters insurance. Our rooms are separate and pretty much the same size. You’d have the baster bedroom and your own bathroom. We have a in unit washing machine, dryer, and kitchen that we share. We have delivery lockers, pool, and a gym. We also ofc have the living room and dining room. I don’t have any pets and don’t smoke or drink. The lease expires in November and I plan on leaving around April which is when the apartment will be available, but you’d be able to apply for the apartment under the lease with my roommate right now if you’d like.
