Clean, cozy house in nice neighborhood!

Hello I have an extra room that I am renting out by the month. This would be on a month(30 days) to month basis starting whenever you move in. The option to do a longer term lease is available as well. The room is available now. I am an individual 49 year old male. There are no pets or kids living in the home. I cannot allow any pets or kids and no smoking in the home.
My home is located minutes from Las Vegas blvd, 5 minutes from South Point Casino, and 13 minutes from the center strip. I am perfectly fine with guest and overnight stays but this is for one person. There is literally everything that you need here. You would have a private bathroom, fully furnished, washer, dryer, cooking utensils, drive way parking, linen, refrigerator and freezer space.
I will only respond to calls or text so feel free to contact me at any time if you have questions or want to make an appointment to see the place. The house is safe quiet and very woman friendly. I am renting the room because I do a lot of traveling. The room is 900 per month and this does include all utilities.
