Looking for responsible and respectful room mate. I have a room with window and closet for rent. Clean and in good condition. Bathroom across hallway from room. Has bath and shower. Laundry room separate with washer and dryer. Living room and kitchen fully furnished. I don't mind sharing the space as long as you clean up after yourself. Backyard has BBQ, sitting and hammock. Two car garage but i don't park in there. 2 car driveway and plenty parking on street. I have two big dogs so must like animals and i have a bird who can be covered. I work two jobs and am traveling as much as i can. Looking for someone who wants to help in taking care of a house like it was theirs. I like to keep my dishes done, counters clean and bathrooms clean.
