Hey there I'm Søren I just bought the house and am hoping to find some people with similar interests to share it with.

The two rooms are 10X12 feet with 2X6 closets. Besides the bedrooms the house is fully furnished. It's a two car garage with plenty of nearby street parking for entertaining. The appliances are all modern with a spacious backyard for Vegas.

The floors are new, I just had the carpets professionally cleaned, and the kitchen has an island which has been great for cooking you'll have your own private bathroom and a shared office space/kitchen and living room. In October I'm planning on getting a hot tub and building a pergola around it! :)

I don't smoke or have any pets (and I'm hoping you don't either 😅) I'm a theatre teacher In Vegas so I wake up early and go to bed relatively early as well (typically around 10:30) I'm kind of a clean freak keeping the counters clear and everything in its place.
