Home and Living
The house offers a beautiful open floor plan in the main areas. A lovely kitchen if you enjoy cooking, plus a toaster oven and microwave if you don’t. The living room is beautifully furnished for a comfortable hang out or a cozy movie night. There is a downstairs laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Guests are welcome—just not to the point where it starts feeling like they live here. Vaping with scentless or fruit-scented pods is okay indoors; anything else must be done outside.

Pet Situation
A pet is welcome if it is respectful, house-trained, and kind. There are already two medium size dogs that live here. Paris is an 8-year-old pitbull mix who loves friends and Jaxson, a two year old mix breed that howls like a banshee when he misses his mom. Both dogs are held to the house pet standards. The home is very accommodating for dogs, with a backyard that gets cleaned monthly (no need to scoop). There is also a large kennel with a divider if your dog needs a timeout.

Roommates and Vibe
Roommates are three women between 25 and 35. We’re in and out—sometimes working from home, sometimes traveling for weeks—so the house stays balanced and low-key. We keep it simple: handle rent responsibly, respect shared space, and clean up after ourselves. Not a neat-freak household, but we like things to feel comfortable.
