$800/month with a flexible driveway parking arrangement

Street parking is available for daytime guests.

🌿 The Household

We’re a low-key household of three women (25–35), two resident dogs, and a revolving cast of humans and creatures. 🐾🌿 We're not a spotless-showroom household—we're a comfortable, respectful, lived-in home where everyone cleans up after themselves and respects shared spaces.

There's an open kitchen/living area, furnished downstairs hangout space, washer/dryer, and room to relax or have friends over.

🐾 And Yes, There Are Dogs

Paris, our friendly 9-year-old pitbull mix, and Jaxson, our goofy 2-year-old mixed breed, are permanent residents. Our visiting Cane Corso, Tank, still barks and growls around new people. Although his behavior has improved, Anyone moving in needs to be genuinely comfortable living around a large dog who is still working on his social skills.

A roommate's dog will be welcomed if they're house-trained, respectful, and a fit in with the existing pack.

The backyard is dog-friendly and cleaned bi-weekly, so no poop-scooping required.

🔮 You Might Be Our Person If...

You're chill, responsible, respectful, comfortable with dogs, okay with stairs, flexible about parking, and equally happy having a glass of wine with the household or disappearing into your room with a book.

Guests are welcome, but not to the point of becoming roommates. Refrigerator/freezer space is limited, and scentless or fruit-scented vaping is okay indoors; anything else is outside.
