I guarantee this house/room/area are better than 95% of others you will see. Will furnish if you want...but price will go up by $150. Male or female roommate needed to rent your own private room in a beautiful newer 7 bedroom house in Southern Highlands with a community pool. You’ll share the house with me (the owner) and one other roommate with their own room. You’ll have a private bathroom right next to your room.

Free utilities. Free high speed internet. Perhaps free streaming, I tend to switch. House has a laundry room with two LG washers and one dryer. You will get full use of the kitchen and have your own pantry space. There is an outdoor kitchen island for cooking as well. However, my one objection is NO STRONG or LONG LASTING cooking odors indoors...old fish etc. Take it to the outside kitchen. Long cooking sessions of several hours indoors are kind of off limits as well. I don’t want cooking odors permeating the house all day. Other than that, you can use the kitchen and 2 fridges all you want! Also no incense or candle burning. As you can see, I'm big on fresh air.
I am a computer programmer and work at home from an upstairs office. I spend most of my time upstairs. Super easy to get along with, I promise.

No smokers, drugs, heavy drinkers.
