I can offer you a place that is Safe, Quiet, Respectful, and very comfortable. Living here you get all of the cost benefits of shared housing with no down sides. It's so quiet here you might even forget that you have room mates! The Largest option is enormous w/ an included 2nd room, it's own private bathroom, glass walk in shower, enormous bathtub, walk in closet big enough to be its own room, and balcony. It is built like a 2 bedroom apt. Front door, upstairs, and you are in your own space - Very Private. No one will knock on your door, enter your room, or otherwise bother you. The smaller options have 2 bathrooms to choose from. ALL ROOMS include a Personal, Individual, and VERY POWERFUL minisplit AC unit. These AC units get into the 60s when it is 110+ outside. You can live in the comfort of the exact temperature that you prefer. You can use a remote, phone app, or just tell Alexa! No more fighting over the thermostat !
Currently 2 females live here one of which is from JAPAN! They've both been here for about 3 years now. I don't imagine they would stick around so long if they felt uncomfortable here. Myself and the Japanese lady are social. You would likely be welcome to join for grocery shopping or errand running. The other young lady usually just keeps to herself which is cool too. Before renting rooms, I rented all through college and into my twenties. I understand renters, I know what renters want out of a shared living space, and I know how to make shared living more comfortable. I'm also an excellent judge of character and am able to detect and avoid problematic people. I've been told consistently that living here is the best housing experience ever. Ten out of ten. I am a gaming employee and a trusted traveler card holder. I am unable to associate with anyone who has been convicted of any criminal offense. A criminal background check is mandatory.
