ABOUT THE ROOM
The available room is approximately 11' x 12'1" and features a fairly large walk-in closet. The room is currently furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, and two nightstands, although the roommate is welcome to bring their own furniture and make the space their own.

The room is located on the second floor of a spacious 2,100-square-foot, two-story home. The roommate will have their own private bathroom with a shower located directly outside the bedroom, providing plenty of privacy and convenience.

In addition to the bedroom and private bathroom, the resident will have access to the home's laundry room, furnished loft area, kitchen, and main living room. The kitchen and main living areas are shared spaces.

The backyard includes a private pool that the resident is welcome to enjoy, particularly during the warmer months.

Overall, this is a comfortable, quiet home with plenty of space and a good balance of private and shared areas. The goal is to find someone who will feel at home here while also respecting the home and the privacy of the other person living here.

I'm a responsible, respectful and easygoing person who takes pride in keeping my home comfortable and well cared for. I work full-time, have a pretty regular schedule, and generally enjoy having a quiet place to come home to after work.

I'm friendly and social, but I'm also independent and value having my own space. I'm not looking for a party house, and I don't expect a roommate to be my best friend or spend all their free time together. At the same time, I'm definitely not opposed to occasionally hanging out, watching TV, sharing a meal or enjoying the pool.

I'm clean and considerate of shared spaces, communicate directly when something needs to be addressed, and believe that mutual respect and privacy are important in a shared home. I'm also happy to be flexible and reasonable when it comes to the normal give-and-take of living with another person.

I'm ultimately looking for someone who wants a comfortable, peaceful home and treats the person they're sharing it with the same way they'd want to be treated.
