Welcome to our home! We are an older couple looking to rent out the two bedrooms on the far side of the house which one could be used as your living room. There is a private bathroom and nice closet space. There is a shared kitchen and laundry room area. All utilities are included and monthly maid service. There is a yard with covered patio to enjoy the outside. There are no steps in the house and it is a one story home.

We have 4 small dogs and would want our new roommate to not be allergic to dogs. They are very friendly! This is a gated community has a pool and is very safe to walk around if you want to get in some exercise.

We are looking for a non-smoker who is at least 50 years old preferably a female to enjoy the home who speaks Engish. You can rent for as short as 3 months or as long as a year lease.
