I have a room available, with its own bathroom (detached). The room is downstairs. I do live with my two children that are middle school and high school age. We occupy the top floor.
So there would be boundaries as far as no drug use/drinking and quiet hours. Shared space of the living room and kitchen areas.
There’s a community pool and gym available. Gated community. The parking is a little challenging at times. There’s street parking available first come first serve. If you park in front of the house, we would need to shuffle the cars around.
