The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1 story house. About 2000 sqft with open layout. Front entertainment room with pool table and TV. Rear living room with couch and entertainment. Nice backyard with hanging lights, patio furniture, and a grill.
Street parking is available. Washer & dryer are in the garage.
Home is in an HOA with gated parks & walkways. Also has a private pool and tennis courts for you to use.
Located off of Mojave & Tropicana. Including me, we have 3 people in the house. We all go to school and work full time. Looking for someone who is younger and working full time or in school.
