Looking for move in date of July 1st or sooner if you want. THIS IS FOR LEASE TAKEOVER - LEASE IS OVER MARCH 31, 2027.
Until is 200 sq feet. *ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT* (water, gas, trash, Internet, cable)
Located 8th and Odgen (a street away from Fremont)
Move in cost *$50 application fee, rent for July 1st
$895 with parking without parking $855.

REQUIREMENTS: The application fee is $50. To qualify, the applicant must provide documentation showing they earn at least 2.75 times the monthly rent before taxes. We will also conduct employment verification, residency verification, and a credit screening as part of the approval process.
If the applicant is approved through credit screening, they will assume your existing security deposit and any credit currently on the ledger. If the applicant is approved with conditions, an additional deposit may be required. Unfortunately, I cannot determine whether this will be necessary until the application has been submitted and fully reviewed.

Property includes washer/dryers, hot tub, dog park, BBQ area, amazing patios with views of the strip (not attached to unit), parking (included in rent), gym, media room, and community kitchen.
