Luxury RV to yourself

Hi, my name is Bryan. I am a 44 year old male who needs a roommate that doesn’t mind that I’m never there. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Las Vegas. The monthly rent is seventeen hundred fifty dollars and the room is available on January 15 2026 the room is an RV which we will be “roommates” but you will have the RV to yourself majority of the time as I will rarely be there. The RV park is the Riviera RV park in downtown Las Vegas and is a gated community. Electricity and utilities will be included if the electric bill stays under two hundred dollars a month as the RV park charges separately for electricity usage. Back ground check and roommate agreement are required and you must be listed as an occupant per RV park rules. It’s a one bedroom with king bed and master bath and closet and that is all yours. I am allowed 1 occupant so only me and you in the RV but I will rarely be there so you got the whole gigantic place to yourself the majority of the time. First months rent is due at signing and deposit which will be a total of two thousand two hundred and fifty dollars up front and seventeen hundred and fifty dollars per month afterwards again this a a giant 46 foot long 4 slide luxury fifth wheel made for full time residential living with all the amenities of a small apartment and more located in a gated secure RV park which has a hot tub and pool and on site staff. We will start month to month and see how you work out and then we can continue the arrangement as long as you wish.
