You would be renting a small bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. The room is furnished with a queen comfy bed small fridge and a large roku tv. The bathroom shared and the second bedroom is on the other side of the apartment. I would prefer no pets as I have 3 dogs of my own and 10 brand new puppies 3.5 weeks old, although I will consider it if you can't find anywhere else to go because you have a pet. We'd work something out to make it work, I would have to charge $50 more a month for rent, maybe, and they would have to live in your room and not roam about the house until we made a schedu; le to rotate "free time"! I do have a massive back yard as well. Prices are negotiable always 650 per month 200 per week. Utilities and wifi included. Laundromat on the corner, It sucks I know.
