Small room

It's a two bedroom bungalow style type apartment with one shared the bathroom. I live here with my three dogs and manage 2 air bnb 's at the same property. They're more like little houses than they are apartments it's not a typical apartment complex downtown Las Vegas typical downtown neighborhood about a 5-minute walks through the Fremont Street Experience those lines are right across the street and we're right by the freeway so freeway access is super close. That's all types of people around and we're all just trying to make it so nobody's judging anybody . Comes with mini fridge a/c and Roku TV .and a new bed . Full kitchen and bathroom is shared. If it's only one person 250 a week people 300 weekly. At will rental- meaning no lease no contract either party can cancel agreement at any time regardless of reason (believe it or not it actually works out better that way for both parties) and as always hotel rules are in effect you pay you stay you don't you go. There is no grace. No late rent accepted for any reason, I've seen it all and heard it all and I'm sick of it all so please just be responsible pay your rent that's all, after all I have to. 😁
