** LET ME SAY THIS BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER AND BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER.... I don't think the people realize the stress that's involved in running out of room getting it all ready having people contact you that aren't serious and say that they're going to show up for days and days and days and then don't show so if you're not serious don't even read any further and please just don't contact me this is for serious people that need a spot to stay thanks... now where were we...Hello I live here in my two bedroom apartment downtown with my three dogs, my turtle and now it seems a praying mantis that has taken up residence in the tree overlooking my turtle tank. I work from home spending my days managing to other vacation rentals for my landlord and taking care of my pets. There is one other roommate here keeps to himself goes to work and stays in his room. It's very peaceful quiet for the most part and drama free. So there's a kitchen shared bathroom 🪥 it's a small room but it's got a mini fridge and AC a big flat screen TV and a brand new bed it's a twin bed. It's 225 a week for one person would be 250 a week for two people power of course is included, wifi as wellif you want to pay by the month it would be $750 for 2 $700 for 1. I'm super easy to get along with and I know it's hard out there right now and expensive to get in anywhere so there's no deposit I'm not checking credit I'm just doing the best I can with what I have so if it's something that you could live with and can afford it's ready now and if you have pets or a pet we can talk about that too no extra fee no extra rent it will work it out. texting is best.
