Room for rent in my 3-bedroom townhome. I’m a single, full-time working mom with a 6-year-old who is in school full time. I’m looking for a female roommate.

The home is in a gated community with access to a pool. The room is furnished and includes use of a washer and dryer. There is also a small private patio (smoking outside totally fine) out front and parking available outside the garage.

I work in the healthcare field, and rent may be negotiable. Please note: my son is allergic to dogs, so no dogs please.
