Looking for roommate to rent my private bedroom that also has a private bathroom in my two story home. The downstairs part of the home would be the area where the room is located that you would be renting which is a separate area from my upstairs. My home is a unique floor plan so my kitchen is upstairs which you are more than welcome to use at any time. There are also two living rooms inside of the home one main one upstairs and one smaller one downstairs. My former roommate had her own mini refrigerator downstairs in her bedroom which made it so much easier for her so you can set it up how you prefer. Bedroom is a really good size, it's actually bigger than a standard size bedroom. Looking for someone who is CLEAN, QUIET, RESPONSIBLE, CAN FOLLOW RULES, AND PAY THEIR RENT ON TIME.

NO PARTYING.

RENT AMOUNT IS $950.00 PER MONTH AS LONG AS YOU ARE BEING CONSERVATIVE AND NOT OVER USING THINGS WHICH INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES SUCH AS POWER, WATER, GAS, HOA, TRASH, SEWER, AND WIFI.
FIRST MONTHS RENT REQUIRED AT MOVE IN.
SECURITY DEPOSIT IS $400.00.
REFERENCES AND EMPLOYMENT WILL ALL BE CHECKED UPON MOVE IN.
