4,850SqFt Home, Private Pool, Gated – Cent. Hills

When we designed this house, we wanted it to be a place for real connection — a formal dining room for hosting dinners, four different living spaces made for good conversation, and just as many quiet corners to step away and recharge. Our hope is that it becomes a place of good memories, and also a genuinely peaceful, safe space for everyone who spends time here.

Three bedrooms are opening up September 1st in our home in Centennial Hills — gated community, private pool, about 4,850 sq ft total, so plenty of room to spread out. We're also about a mile from Centennial Hills Hospital with freeway access right around the corner, if that's useful for your commute.

Two of the rooms are unfurnished at $900/month, and one is furnished at $1,125/month — internet's included, but utilities aren't, those are split evenly between everyone in the house, plus a $900 refundable deposit. Flexible on lease length for the right person, and open to a shorter or month-to-month lease specifically on the furnished room. If there's more interest in the furnished option, we're happy to get one of the other rooms furnished too.

We're open to couples as well — you'd take two of the three rooms together, and we can set the second one up as a home office, or whatever would be useful to you, just let us know what you need. (Also an option if an individual would like to rent 2 rooms and have a work-from-home setup.)

My fiancé Ben and I moved here recently, and we have an interior design business together — my mom's part of it too, and will be around a lot (she's a sweetheart, and everyone loves her :). We have one dog, Rocky (a very friendly Aussie shepherd) — comfortable with a dog being around is important, no additional pets, no cigarettes inside.

We're hoping to find housemates who are easygoing and considerate — up for a dinner or hangout sometimes, but respectful of everyone's space and time too.
