Looking for Female Roommate near centennial hills

I am open to all race's nationality female; the home is located near centennial hills area plenty of shopping in the area and Gyms I go to Planet fitness. The home is wide open friendly. I live here alone so you have your own room and shower bath. It has a large kitchen back yard BBQ and large lap pool and fire pit. I am openminded and open to what you do for a living we all need to make money. I don't have loud parties just friends that come over on summer holidays. Also, the backyard is very private so your open to skinny dip if you like. I have two small dogs, and you must like dogs. I am open to any of your questions. I would also want to talk on phone and facetime and meet in public. See you and go from there. The utilities are also monthly set at 250.00 a month covers power wifi and direct tv.

Also, this home is very nice clean, and the house is open to all of you. Free to walk around freely. So looking forward to meeting my new roommate.
Also, about me I am 65 white male Semi-retired veteran I still work. I am from Wisconsin and have lived here a long time. I am very single and have no drama and no kids. I do have friends over every once in a while, for pool parties bbq. I am very laid back enjoy life and fun.

The deposit is higher due to the utilities also. Some of you question that common sense.
