While there are multiple residents, the house is really quiet, as most are working 2 jobs or long hours and are coming home to sleep.

I’m looking for people that are also clean, quiet, polite, and respectful.

You must have a job with stable income.

Utilities are an additional $65/month.

Minimum lease period is 6 months.
