Las Vegas, Northwest area, looking for roommate

Hi, my name is Cyndi, I’m a female looking to share a small 3 bedroom 2 bath quiet house in Las Vegas in the Northwest Area, Centennial Area. Will have access to your own bathroom & have your Own entrance if wanted. You’ll have access to the Laundry that’s in the house, the kitchen, & all other common areas. Smoking allowed only outside, vaping is ok inside within limits. Great area, lots of shopping. Close to the bus stop. I do have 2 chihuahuas 7 years old, however I’d like to request no more pets unless approved by me. I’m not a drinker, only on special occasions, looking for the same. The room has a hideaway couch with queen size bed in it already & a small TV, with a couple of chairs. It all can be moved out if desired. I’m limited in my garage space though. But if you have a few things to store we can maybe get it in there. I park my car in there. You’ll have the driveway to park in.
