Im a 30 year old single mother to two kids a boy and a girl . I just moved in a 3 story house alone I have 4 bedrooms the room on the 1st floor doesn’t get used at all and has never been I put my old California bed inside of it . The room is master bedroom style you have your own floor and access to Wi-Fi and on the second floor you have access to a full beautiful kitchen with a beautiful island and it’s the living room . The third floor is where me and my kids sleep so there’s no need to go on that floor at all . The room already has a bed in it a California king at that the most you need for your stay is blankets and pillows a TV and a shower curtain & your own food your own laundry detergent, your own basic needs basically I would like for the person. I rent the room out to be kid friendly and friendly. I’m a really kind girl and I love helping people out because I know how it feels to be in need of help and nobody is there. Looking to rent the room for at least 4 months and if you need to stay longer we can definitely put that into a conversation. Also if we come to agreements that you want to rent the room I will have a lease for you to sign and it will be notarized. Looking forward to hearing from you . FEMALES ONLY
