Personal:
I am a single guy that works as an industrial mechanic by trade. I work a normal Monday to Friday schedule and I have a pitbull named Kooper who is the closest I have to a child, so you will need to be approved by him ;). I'm not super gregarious so I like to stay in on my time off. I am pretty quiet and reserved but I can also be quite sociable with the right people. Ideally id like to become friends with whomever lives here, but just maintaining a healthy and respectful roommate dynamic is the focus.

Expectations:
I do expect the public areas in the house to be kept up and cleaned, I do not expect this to be anyone's sole responsibility but a common and consistent effort of everyone. Being respectful of everyone in the home, including animals, is an absolute. No fighting is allowed, in any form, in the house or on the property. Communication is very important and can only be done with mutual respect and self control. This home is intended to be a place of sanctuary, rejuvenation, and kinship. If you are looking for a calm quiet place to come home to, this may just be the place for you.
