Northwest, must love dogs

* We are in a 4 BR, 2.5 BA, 2000 sq ft house in Centennial Hills, within 2 miles of Centennial Hills Hospital, Target, and freeways. This is a very safe community in the northwest corner of Vegas with lots of shopping, gyms, and parks nearby.
* Room #1: The smaller room, comes with a full-sized platform bed, ceiling fan, lamp, and wardrobe closet. There is room for a renter to bring in their own dresser or other furniture. I’ve had roommates place the bed against the wall, opening up the space to a desk or other large furniture.
* Room #2: The larger room, 238 sq ft (13’9” x 17’2”), comes with a queen-sized platform bed, built in desk and chair, surround-sound speakers and 2 closets. It’s a dual master and really large. I’ve had roommates create space for a reading nook, gaming center, or adding in a couch and coffee table. Due to the size of the room, I am open to someone with a cat but it would need to stay in the room. There is an additional $25/mo pet rent fee per property management.
* House features: washer-dryer near the bedrooms, shared bathroom upstairs and half-bath downstairs, high speed WiFi with streaming throughout the house, 2 full-size refrigerators, kitchen with lots of appliances and dishes to make meals, living room with a fireplace and dining table, family room, garage, and backyard.
* Parking is available right next to the house.
* This is a smoke-free/drug-free home.

Ideal roommate:
* Easy-going, clean, considerate, and friendly.
* Must love dogs, I have 2 senior Boston Terrier mixes who are super affectionate as well as dogs in the houses nearby.
* House is leased so you would need to be approved by property management (only background check for no evictions, bankruptcies or felonies). This is a very fast process.
* A refundable security deposit will be required once approved and the monthly rent will be due upon move-in (may be prorated if move-in date is not at the beginning of the month).

About us:
* I am a high school counselor in CCSD with a master’s degree in education. I have lived in the house for 6 years. My significant other may join the household soon, but he would be sharing my space and bathroom so there is no impact to others.
* Existing roommate works in senior memory care and she has lived here for over a year.
* Privacy is respected so it’s really a comfortable setting whether you like to hang out downstairs or keep to yourself in your room.
