1 BR available in my home, utilities included, for $600/month. We’re located in the very desirable Centennial Hills area within 2 miles of the hospital, Target, and freeways.

House features: 2,000 sq ft, washer/dryer, shared bathroom upstairs and half-bath downstairs, no carpet except for the stairs, high speed WiFi with streaming throughout the house (Paramount+, Peacock+, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.), 2 full-size refrigerators, living room with a fireplace, family room, garage, and backyard. Ample parking is available right next to the house. This is a smoke-free/drug-free home.

Ideal roommate:
* Easy-going, clean, considerate, and friendly.
* Must love dogs, I have 2 adopted senior Boston Terrier mixes.
* House is leased so you would need to be approved by property management.

About us:

I am 54 and a high school counselor in CCSD with a master’s degree in education. I have lived in the house for 6 years. I have 2 roommates - female, 38, and male, 60. I generally do month-to-month agreements to give roommates flexibility.

To join the household, you will need to submit an application. There is a $50 application fee, but I will apply it towards your security deposit if you move in. Once approved, I will need the deposit to hold the room ($250 deposit + $50 application fee). Upon move-in, first month’s rent is due, which will be prorated. As this is my home, I don’t respond to people with empty profiles, so please kindly have yours filled out with at least a picture and a little about you. Property management will do a background check but credit is not looked at. As a result, approval is pretty quick and easy.
