I am looking for a female roommate only. This is an all female household. No couples or pets, please.

I have 1 furnished room with a shared full bathroom available for rent. Close to Downtown Summerlin. Very conveniently located, near groceries, shopping, and everything else you’ll need!

Rent is flat rate, and all utilities and WiFi are covered by me. Everything here is available to use and I cover all house and supply expenses (you basically just need to buy your own food).

My home is fully furnished and you can use everything here! I also provide all the house supplies for everyone at no extra cost (TP, soap, paper towels, etc, literally everything). You just need to bring yourself! I have a storage unit close by and you have an option to use it. There is a laundry room inside which is also stocked. The community is gated, quiet, and has a large pool.

My place is cute, clean, quiet, and you will feel at home here! I’m easy going and love the outdoors.
