Roommates wanted!!!!
Hello Vegas friends!! My fiancé & I are both in our early 20’s and are interested in finding a roommate to rent our extra space in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo!!
(Must Be Cat Friendly)🐈‍⬛
We are asking $600 with utilities included, for the private use of the guest bedroom & bathroom.
The room includes hardwood flooring with a brand new ceiling fan that was installed only 6 months ago as well as a spacious walk in closet.
You will also have access to half of all storage closets throughout the shared spaces
(living room&kitchen& laundry) as well as half of kitchen cabinets & drawers. 🏠
The asking price also includes access to community pool thats visible from home!! 🏊‍♂️
Our condo itself has a common parking area that’s feet from the unit, and is facing a large planted courtyard area with bbq grills & many tables that can all be seen from inside condo.💚
