One parking space available in 2 2-door garage. Shared kitchen, living room, and a community swimming pool but you will have your own fridge. The room has a modern ceiling fan.

*I cover HOA $222, $140 water, $75 trash
*electricity, gas, and internet split between 2 people!
*If you don't like the existing furniture in your room we can sell and get rid of it so that you can create your space to your liking!
*Must communicate, if something is broken, I will get it fixed or call someone to fix it! Your living space is just as important as mine!
*Second room available for $1600 (2 bedrooms) if you want more space to run a business or study.
*Females preferred
*No pets
*Credit score 720 and above, background check
