Seeking A Cat Loving Single Tenant for a month rental period.

A beautiful sq. ft. studio space in the South Capitol area for rent beginning August st through November th. Located at the end of a dead end street that is within easy walking distance to the plaza, restaurants and grocery stores. Most areas of Santa Fe are within a min. drive from the house. It’s quiet and private but centrally located.

REDUCED rent, $mo. INCLUDING utilities, in exchange for looking after an easy going cat and some minor duties. The studio is best for one person. Completely furnished from pots and pans to artwork on the walls. Just bring your own linens. There isn’t a washerdryer or an oven. There is a toaster oven (air fryer) and an induction cook top. You’ll enjoy a lovely private garden area with outdoor seating and separate entrance from the main house. There’s a dedicated off street parking space. The studio is designed as an open floor plan with the living roomkitchen area comfortably separated from the bedroom, that has a comfy,new queen size mattress. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower and ample vanity area. Everything is pristine in all respects.

The main residence will also be occupied by tenants. They have a totally separate entrance and parking area as well as a separate outdoor garden area. Both are quite private from each other.

Our cat is years old and very shy at first. She’s strictly an indoor cat and quite easy to care for. Details will be explained to the prospective tenant.

Applicants should be mature, highly responsible, with excellent references and of course very familiar with cat care. Income verification and a background check will be required.
