The room is furnished with a twin bed, a large dresser, a side table, and a lamp. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own things.

You’ll share a bathroom with another male resident, and there’s also an additional 1/2 bathroom downstairs for everyone. The home features a heat pump for cooling and central heating.

You’ll have access to the kitchen, where you can use all the dishes, equipment, and microwave, toaster oven, cookware, including dishes and silverware and your own fridge.

The family room features a TV, high-speed broadband internet (400+ Mbps) with Wi-Fi.

You’ll also have a washer and dryer, and you’ll be assigned a driveway spot. There’s also garage storage available.
