Hello everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for one room in a two-bedroom apartment from November 15.

The apartment is at 2205 College Street, Las Cruces, about a ten-minute walk or two-minute drive from the NMSU campus. It is clean and comfortable, with a bus stop and park nearby. The other flatmate is a PhD student at NMSU.

Rent is $375 per month, excluding electricity.
