You’ll have a private room, access to the kitchen, laundry, internet, and furnished common areas. The house is in a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and major roads.

I work in Dallas regularly, so I am not always at the property. Because of that, I am looking for tenants who are independent, easy to communicate with, and able to help keep the home clean, respectful, and low-drama.

No smoking. Background, income, and rental history may be reviewed. Prefer a minimum 3-month stay.
