You’ll be sharing the home with one other tenant who is a respectful and professional business owner. He is currently saving while building his own home, so he keeps a quiet, focused lifestyle. He is older, clean, responsible, and very considerate of shared spaces.

His bedroom is on the opposite side of the house for added privacy, and he has his own entrance through the back, so there’s minimal traffic through the main living areas. The only shared spaces are the kitchen and the washer and dryer.

We’re looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, respectful home environment.
