The room is 10.5'x12' plus a closet. The bathroom is shared, though the other room is currently unoccupied. The room also opens onto a balcony looking directly at the mountains, with immediate access to both paved bike trails and hiking/MTB trails.

The House:
1,975 sq. ft. home with tile and carpet floors, a large kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dedicated pantry), and a beautiful backyard. The house has central air, tankless water heater, gas heating, and a integrated security system.

Backyard includes garden beds, fruit trees, a koi pond, and a covered patio with outdoor gas and wood fireplaces. The house also has an oversized three-car garage with storage racks and dedicated ski and bike storage. The private bedroom will not be furnished (though I have an extra queen bedframe if you need it).
