I am looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom 2.5 bath 3-level furnished townhouse. You will be on the second floor with your own large closet, bathroom, and balcony. The kitchen, living room, and half bath with washer dryer are on the ground floor. There are 2 parking spots, one for each of us. All utilities except electric are included in the rent. The place is a half mile from the bosque trails, dog park, bike path, and zoo. Furnished and ready for move-in!

I am a female nurse in my 20s. I am tidy and friendly. I have a 26lb mini schnauzer mix who loves people and other dogs. One more (nonpitbull) dog would be allowed on the lease if they get along. Feel free to email me with questions or to tell me about yourself!
