My home is clean / beautiful neighborhood. I have my own private pool etc. Huge back yard spacious home .
I prefer someone with a great personality and someone clean / considerate / respectful of my home and property .....and I prefer a working professional
I will need minimum 2 references numbers that I will need to speak with before any decision is made . And proof of income .....
If any terms within our agreement are broken , I have the right to terminate our written agreement...
