Looking for roommate for a 3 bed, 2 bath house in Butler.
Located between Main St and Rt 23, perfect for commuting.

House rent total is $2000/month plus utilities.
Everything will be split equally. Utilities (cable, internet, electric, heat) are usually under $100/month for each roommate so figure about $700/800 total per person each month.
1 month deposit, 1.5 month security, credit report required per landlord

About us:
Two twenty-something working professionals, quiet, easy-going. Like to keep the house clean and looking for someone who won't have a problem sharing household chores. Not clean-freaks but this isn't a frat house. Everyone needs to pull their own weight with keeping the common areas clean, as well as shoveling snow and lawn maintenance. Looking for someone who can be respectful, responsible, clean up after themselves, be normal and no huge partiers.
We have two dogs. The dogs are friendly, quiet, very well behaved and housebroken. The dogs don't make a huge mess but they are dogs so fur happens. Anyone planning to move in must be ok dogs. If you have never lived with dogs/pets before than this probably isn't a good fit.
