Move in date May 29 th Security deposit is $900 (+ $200 furniture+ A/C) rent is $900 and utilities (including internet) have been about $40-$50 so far. The room is fully furnished with a small desk, chair, side table, the rack shown in the picture, air conditionate, queen size bed + queen sized mattress, has two large windows, and a good sized closet. I am a female graduate student at Rutgers University and we also have a cute cat roommate. The two rooms are on either side of the apartment, granting both roommates good privacy. The apartment is a second floor walk-up in The Heights and has a great location just a couple of blocks away from a main avenue with laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee, etc., two blocks from a small park, close to two bus stops, and 15 mins by bus or 30 mins walk to Hoboken or Journal Square path stations.
