I travel for work and live part time in another state, so I’m looking to share my apartment with 2 roommates who are super clean and that respect the apartment and other roommates. This apartment is 2 floors and super spacious for the area. It’s a 1.5 mile walk to the Hoboken path, a short walk to the light rail, and there are 2 bus stops within a 2-4 block radius that takes you to NYC. The apartment has a large kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, deck, and washer and dryer in unit. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and the medium bedroom shares a bathroom.

I’m ideally looking for roommates that are professionals and that I can share a meal/hang out/go out with when I’m in town, but that aren’t throwing parties at the apartment every weekend.

The pricing of the rooms are based on the size of the rooms and if they have a private or shared bathroom.

Medium bedroom w/shared bathroom: $800
Master bedroom with private bath: $1000
